France, preferred destination in Europe for investors

For the third year in a row, France is the preferred destination for international investors in Europe, according to the EY Attractiveness Report for 2022

In 2021, France welcomed more industrial and logistics projects compared to their 2019 levels (+18% and +37% respectively).

France attracted 1,222 Greenfield projects or expansions in 2021, bouncing back by 24% as compared to 2020. For the same period, the projects grew by a mere 2% in the United Kingdom and even fell by 10% in Germany.
