Writing of the French curriculum for Malaysian schools
Workshop gathered at the Malaysian Ministry of Education to complete the writing of the French curriculum for Malaysian schools
French language teachers, agents of the Ministry, expert from the CIEP and representatives of the French Embassy gathered this week at the Malaysian Ministry of Education to finalise the writing of French programs for secondary schools. This meeting is the achievement of one and a half year of combined work between the various parties.
This curriculum aims at standardizing French programs in secondary schools of Malaysia. Therefore, the teachers will have clear orientations, precise objectives as well as a relevant progression matching the textbook (Adosphère). Programs should be implemented next year (January-February 2017), after validation from the Ministry.
The success of this program is due to a close collaboration between the French Embassy and the Ministry of Education.
