Training delivered to Malaysian immigration officers to detect forged documents of travellers going to the EU (10-13 July 2023, Port Dickson) [fr]

From July 10th to 13th, the Embassy of France in Malaysia organized a training for 20 Malaysian immigration officers assigned to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The training covered methods for detecting forged passports and visas for travellers to the Schengen zone. Through theoretical and practical activities, our Malaysian partners were able to master the key verifications to be operated. The aim of this action is to prevent irregular immigration to the European Union in general and France in particular as well to share best practices with our Malaysian partners.
