Farewell call to the Chief Minister of Selangor, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin bin Ali [fr]
His Excellency Christophe Penot began his farewell call on Thursday (11th May) to Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin bin Ali, Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) of Selangor.
This was his first farewell call to various authorities after serving his three-year tenure here in Malaysia.
The relationship between France and Selangor goes a long way when the writer Henri Fauconnier was among the earliest to cultivate the oil palm 100 years ago. Today, many French companies have their Malaysian headquarters in this state.
